1. Limited Warranty Framework

Z-EDGE provides a tiered warranty structure that rewards our customers for joining our community through product registration.


1.1 OLED Display Products (The 2+1 Year Plan)

Our OLED and QD-OLED monitors represent the pinnacle of visual performance. To address technology-specific concerns, we offer comprehensive protection against image retention ("Burn-in").

  • Base Warranty: 24 months (2 years) from the date of purchase.
  • Registered Extension: 36 months (3 years) of total coverage when you register your product at https://www.z-edge.com/pages/register within 30 days of receipt.
  • Burn-in Protection: Included for the full 3-year term (for registered units), provided that built-in "OLED Care" maintenance cycles are performed as prompted by the system.

1.2 Standard Display Products (LCD/LED)

  • Base Warranty:12 months (1 year) from the date of purchase.
  • Registered Extension: 24 months (2 years) of total coverage when you register your product at https://www.z-edge.com/pages/register within 30 days of receipt.

1.3 Other Electronics (Dash Cams & Accessories)

  • Dash Cams:12-month base warranty, extendable to 18 months with registration.
  • Accessories: 6-month limited warranty covering cables, mounts, and power adapters.

2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee & Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. If a product does not meet your expectations, you may initiate a return within 30 days of the delivery date.


2.1 Return Conditions

  • Condition: Items must be returned in "as-new" condition, including original packaging, all accessories, and manuals.
  • Authorization: A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be obtained from support.us@z-edge.com before shipping.

2.2 Shipping Costs & Fees

  • Quality-Related Issues: Z-EDGE covers all return shipping costs and will provide a prepaid label.
  • Non-Quality Returns (Buyer’s Remorse): The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and assumes risk for any damage during transit.
  • Processing Fees:For order cancellations due to personal reasons or non-quality related returns, a 5% bank processing fee of the total purchase price will be deducted from the final refund.

Zero Edge Technology LLC (dba Z-EDGE) reserves the right to the final interpretation of all warranty terms, conditions, and eligibility requirements. We reserve the right to amend, modify, or terminate any part of this policy at our sole discretion, without prior notice. Any such changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the official Z-EDGE website.

Limitation of Liability:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zero Edge Technology LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of data or business) arising from the use or failure of the product. Our total liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product. All disputes shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, USA.
